Shipping and Returns
At AVIA AREE, every order matters. Many of our products are created or fulfilled after your order is placed, allowing us to offer thoughtfully designed apparel, accessories and lifestyle products while reducing unnecessary inventory.
Please read the following information before placing your order.
Shipping
AVIA AREE currently ships to customers in the United States, Canada and Germany where shipping is available during checkout.
Shipping availability, methods and costs are determined by the products in your order and your delivery address. Your shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.
Many AVIA AREE products are made, printed or fulfilled after an order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when it is available from the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner.
Tracking and Delivery
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Carrier delays may occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, holidays or other circumstances outside AVIA AREE's control.
If your tracking information has stopped updating or indicates a delivery issue, please contact us and include your order number.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 21 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for return consideration, products must be:

Unused

Unwashed

Free from customer-caused damage

Returned with original packaging when applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Please contact AVIA AREE before returning any merchandise. Items returned without prior authorization or return instructions may not be accepted.
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by AVIA AREE or one of our fulfillment partners.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing after approval. Financial institutions may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.
Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
Because many AVIA AREE products are produced after purchase, the following items may not qualify for buyer-remorse or size-change returns:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incomplete or incorrect, please contact AVIA AREE as soon as possible.

Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when applicable
We will review the information and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or another suitable solution based on the circumstances.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Please contact AVIA AREE before returning an item for exchange. If the requested replacement product, color or size is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered instead.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders often enter production shortly after purchase.
If you need to change your shipping address, update your order or request a cancellation, please contact AVIA AREE immediately.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information appears delayed or indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package:

Packages marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund. Each situation is reviewed individually using available tracking information and carrier documentation.
